1 【Logistics under Double Eleven】

Double Eleven, for our logistics industry, is a big test we have to face every year. If we are facing a big enemy, the volume of packages on Double Eleven is expected to be more than twice our daily handling volume. However, after years of experience , logistics companies increase the continuous optimization and investment of information systems and sorting lines, and continuously improve efficiency. I am basically sure that logistics companies will be better every year to deal with the problems of Double Eleven.

2 【The logistics industry is affected by the economic environment】

The impact is still quite large, especially cross-border logistics. My own company is also engaged in cross-border logistics. Especially this year, from the exchanges among member companies of the association, I found that a large number of companies have experienced negative growth and operating losses. I have been engaged in international logistics for 20 years. I think this year is the most difficult year, and the industry is very involved.

I think it is mainly due to the imbalance between supply and demand. In order to maintain the stability of channel resources, logistics companies, such as chartered air freight package board companies, UPS, FedEx, and DHL express account channels, all collect goods at low prices in the market, and then take back the goods. The high price is to maintain the cooperative relationship with the airline or express company. Coupled with the sharp rise in the exchange rate and fuel in the first half of the year, the cost of logistics companies has continued to rise, but on the sales side, due to weak demand, sales prices have dropped again and again. There is no way, if you don’t drop the price, you may not receive the goods, resulting in a short position, and the loss may be even greater, so there is only one word "volume".
